Established in the early 1970's in Hong Kong, we began as a construction company mainly engaged in road and bridge construction projects. With the rapid changes in global economic environment, we have grown and transformed into an international trading company. By setting up our first overseas branch office in San Francisco, the USA and then in Dalian, China and Hochiminh City of Vietnam, we have expanded the international trading into various fields covering chemicals, minerals, electrical & mechanical products, pharmaceuticals & medicals, public security and military products. Project consultancy has also been developed to be one of the core businesses through the progress and development.Our export market has been expanded to over 50 countries, mainly in developing world such as Southeast & South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Our annual turnover has increased from approx. 10 million US dollars in 1998 to 200 million US dollars in 2006.Almost all of our business transactions are done in our headquarters in Hong Kong. As our head office and situated in a world financial centre, our Hong Kong company is also involved in investment planning and finance of our projects. Our Dalian branch company, as our outsourcing office in China, is also responsible for visiting suppliers' premises and cargo inspection before shipment from China as required, to ensure a good quality service and cargo for our customers. With our increasing business in Africa and the Middle East, we have plans to set up new branch offices in Johannesburg, South Africa, Amman, and Jordan.We have obtained ISO9001:2000 certification in June 2006 as part of our continuous efforts of self upgrading and improvement in order to better serving our customers in every corner of the earth.
